Boom! Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas is a mic drop for sure. I don’t know about you, but I was not anticipating getting this excited again for another Royal Caribbean Cruise after just boarding the Harmony of the Seas last November. I mean who would have thought they could outdo themselves so quickly?? But, the Symphony of the Seas is a game changer with an All-New Two-Story Family Suite complete with a slide, new entertainment including the super popular musical Hairspray, the LARGEST Laser Tag at Sea and SOOO much more!!!

1 Ultimate Family Suite-

This may very well be the coolest family suite around, I guess that is why they call it the Ultimate Family Suite. Picture this a two-story room with a connecting tube slide, your very own whirlpool, bumper pool table, a private 3-D cinema, popcorn machine and so much more! 2 Largest Laser Tag at Sea

We love anything we can turn into a family challenge so the kids are super excited about the fact that the Symphony of the Seas has the LARGEST Laser Tag Center at Sea. Oh, yeah and it also glows in the dark!

3 Slides!!! Slides!!! Slides!!!

Just like the Harmony of the Seas that we sailed last year (check out our Ultimate Guide + Photo Tour here) the Symphony of the Seas has the amazing Ultimate Abyss which is a 10-story plunge slide down the back of the ship- it’s super fun!! And, they have the Perfect Storm which is three high-speed water slides including a champagne bowl slide that you drop into which happens to be my favorite!

4 Amazing Activities & Entertainment

As if there wasn’t enough already, Royal Caribbean jam-packed the Symphony of the Seas with a zip line, ice skating rink, rock climbing wall, and a couple Floriders too. Just be sure you have a one piece when you are riding those things. I’ve seen people lose their bottoms- just sayin’.

5 Cool Themed Neighborhoods

Central Park on the Harmony of the Seas

Just like the amazing neighborhoods we loved on the Harmony of the Seas, the NEW Symphony has multiple themed areas too. Their Boardwalk area comes complete with a carousel like the Harmony ship but they added a brand new candy store called Sugar Rush that is just the cutest. You can also hang out in their Central Park which has over 12,000 trees. Impressive, right?

Playmaker’s Sports Bar & Arcade

And, for all the husbands who are basically big kids, there is the perfect new sports bar onboard called Playmakers. I think I would have a hard time getting all of my boys and their dad away from watching their favorite sports teams play on the dozens of TVs in this new sports bar.
