We are booked on the Bliss for February 2023 for the Panama Canal. We love the Norwegian line & have sailed with them many times. However, I just found out that all the pools on the Bliss can only be entered via ladders, not graduated steps . Say this isn’t so ! We are senior citizens & don’t have the strength to climb ladders anymore. Thank you!

In reply to Angela Albano. Hi Angela, Yes, the Haven Pool is the one that is enclosed. From what I heard about bidding on upgrades, it really if a full bidding system. So if someone bids higher than you, they get the upgrade. I say bid what you are comfortable with and hopefully, you get it.
