When I first started looking into incorporating a more plant-based diet into my lifestyle, I researched a lot of dairy-free alternatives. When I saw the price point for some of these dairy-free alternatives, I did have a bit of a sticker shock! That is why, I was so thrilled to learn about the Almond Cow machine and how I can save money making my own dairy-free “milk” at home.
One of the first recipes, I tested was my vegan chocolate oat milk recipe! This recipe has quickly become one of my kid’s favorites, and I find myself making it all the time.
